Prior to joining Metrowest, he worked with Oyeleke Afolabi & Co. a leading and Estate Surveying and Valuation Firm in Nigeria, and Trusthouse Properties Limited (a member of Fidelity Bond Group) He joined Oasis Savings & Loans Limited as an Assistant Manager and later become Head Estate/Project Manager at Oasis Realty Limited.
Kayode is a graduate of Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos with a Higher National Diploma (Upper Credit), and Masters in Project Management (MPM) from the University of Lagos.
He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), and a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuers (RSV) with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVABON). He is a Certified Facility Management Professional (FMP) with International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and also registered professional with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). Kayode is a Chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with two decades hand-on experience in real estate projects and investments.
